Delivery Times

Explore Products tries to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them though the cutoff time for same day shipping is 11:30 AM Central Time.

By choosing "Express Ground 2 - 5 Day" shipping you are agreeing that Explore Products, at it's discretion, will choose either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, US Postal Priority Mail or US Postal Parcel Post to deliver your package. The UPS map below shows the approximate delivery time if we ship the package via UPS. Please note that UPS counts the first day as the day after it receives a package in it's system. For example: A shipment from Explore Products in Stillwater, MN to Florida that ships on a Monday would arrive on Friday. All delivery times via UPS are in business days. If we ship your package via US Postal Priority Mail, the delivery time is approximately 2 - 4 mail days (Sunday and Holidays not included). Explore Products is located in Stillwater, MN the "yellow" zone.

If your shipping address is a PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska or Hawaii address please choose the Priority Mail option.

If your shipping address is located in a foreign country please contact us for shipping costs.

UPS Ground Shipping Delivery Times

To Avoid A Shipping Delay

To help reduce Internet and credit card fraud we verify the supplied billing address on your order with the Visa or Master Card bank records. The address that your credit card statement is mailed to is the bank address of record. To prevent shipping delays, please check to make sure that the billing address supplied is correct.

Shipping Weight

Packages that are between 84" and 108" in length plus circumference are counted by UPS as a 30 pound package regardless of the actual weight. Packages over 108" in length plus circumference are counted by UPS as a 70 pound package regardless of the actual weight. Ex: Most rifle cases and golf club cases are billed as 30 pounds even though their actual weight may only be 22 pounds.

Gift Orders

For gift orders please check the "Gift Order" box when completing your information in the shopping cart. A large number of our products are shipped in the original manufacturers shipping cartons and are clearly marked as to the contents. A receipt is also enclosed within the package itself or in a shipping envelope attached to the outside of the package. By checking the gift order box we will email the receipt to the purchaser and try to remove any external markings as to contents. You may wish to have the package delivered to a work address. Please indicate an email address where the receipt should be forwarded.

International Orders

Explore Products welcomes International orders. But due to the high incidence of Internet credit card fraud and Visa/Master Card not supporting address verification for International cards we can not accept foreign credit cards. However you may pay for your order via Paypal or by mailing a bank money order to us.

Damaged Shipments

Please examine your package upon arrival. If there is any external damage, please refuse delivery or contact us before returning at 715 386-9456 or email us. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

To check the shipping status of your UPS order you may visit the UPS Site and enter your UPS tracking number. Or you may call UPS at 1 800 PICK-UPS and use their automated tracking system.
